This GMCnet has been a great resource of information for all of
>us. I challenge this group to come up with a replacement for the
>negative term "Lurker".

>78 Royale
There shouldn't be any negative connotations directed toward folks
listening in. I don't sense this has been the case. But in our society
one is either in (the circle, family, team, etc.) or out. Folks on the
sidelines should offer their expertise when they can and should express
appreciation for advice that worked for them. (They should also feel free
to criticize bad (but well intentioned) advice which pops up
occasionally.)
Would "Sideliners" make lurkers feel better? I really hate to put people
into categories. We are all in this boat together!
