GMC: mufflers

Anyone with a bigger engine and an opinion on a brand of mufflers that's
not
too loud and lets the big dog breathe? Dean Hanson '73-23'-gmc

Dean,
Check out my exhaust system at:

You can replace your existing header pipes like mine and eliminate the
front mounted mufflers. The muffler in the rear is a late model Camaro.
Quiet & there's considerably less heat under the coach floor. This
would be a cheap fix if your exhaust pipe, all 16 feet of it, is in good
shape. Breathe? You bet! I can't believe the difference.

This looks like it takes a lot of design, I would guess the average shop
could not put this together ??
