Although I got mine, the problem is called: USPS (United States Postal
Service). A couple times a year my issue is a week or so late. I usually
refer to it as mail carrier laziness, because we've found out that it's up
to the carrier as to when they decide to deliver certain classes of mail.

I read a message last week that someone had just got their Sept issue of
GMCMN... I decided to give it a few more days. Are there folks out there
that have not received their Sept issue as yet?
