Bill, your description of the ElectroLevel II is quite accurate. However,
your interpretation of the meaning of the "arrow" on the side of the
solenoid valve is incorrect. The "arrow" shows the direction of the airflow
that the solenoid valve is designed to HOLD. I have recently rebuilt my
valves, and observed the internals. I will send you an e-mail with the
diagram attached.
