Duane,

I agree with you on using someone that knows what they're doing, which
is why I sent my distributor to Bob(a full continent away) instead of
using the local race shop I finally found that had a distributor
spinner. One clarification tho' - when I talked to Bob, he said that he
would only do a full rebuild, not just a recurve. IIRC, he replaces the
bushings, the entire rotating assembly(with a more robust one), the
pickup coil and the wiring harness. He tests the output coil and module
and replaces them if they don't perform to spec's.

Setting the curve is just one piece of the puzzle.
