Hi Arch,

Divergent thinking ? OK, but I hope my thinking is near mainstream.

We need to freely and openly discuss things so each can consider the facts
presented and come to their own conclusions.

Our varied backgrounds, training, life experience, and knowledge supply only
a strong foundation for this group.

Willingness to share ideas, discoveries and thoughts is that big essential
which brings it all together.

Too much abuse (whether perceived or actual) causes individuals to drop out.
The possibility of conflict keeps others from participating.

If we want to maximize our knowledge, each of us will practice tolerance,
and encourage alternate discussion from others. This increases the
sharpness of our focus by bringing forth a greater variety of viewpoints.

GMCnet is unique because we openly discuss problems and potential problems
instead of sweeping them under the carpet.

True, we sometimes talk and talk and talk and talk, with little progress,
but eventually zeroing in on good answers is what makes this forum so great.

Cheers,
