It's disheartening to see coaches coming on the market in better shape and at lower
prices than we paid for ours some 10 years ago...but I think the phenom is like real
estate activities in re-discovered old neighborhoods/old houses: first there is a
lot of cosmetic fixing up....then there are basic remodeling jobs....then complete
re-do's...and lastly, unrepairable houses get razed and a new one is built in it's
place.
IMHO, the Gmc is in a similar cycle, which is not all bad.: The really old,
unrepairable coaches will eventually be permanently be taken off the road, and the
rest will create a two tier price market: those that need to be, and can still be,
completely overhauled, and those that are complete re-dos and can compete with SOB's
(Some Other Brands).
And then there are always the ones that stay in the family forever, and become
heirloms...(grin)
