With the proper type of tow truck, one having a hydraulically operated "tool
bar" that extends from between the trucks rear wheels, you don't need the
under frame structure. They can slip a set of "Y" shaped brackets on the
tool bar. Then they extend the tool bar under the front end and lift the
coach up from under the frame front cross member.
Had mine towed that way about 30 miles, no problem.
That way, you eliminate having to mount anything under the coach frame for
towing purposes.

I know some of our Members from the southeast, have made Tow hitches /
brackets for the front of the GMC. The idea is to make it easy to attach
to the GMC if you need a tow without bending the frame , etc.
Does any one know of a "Bolt-on " one of these that is sold for the GMC
??
does any one have a picture of one of these ?
