Just got a call from a Steve in Or. wants to sell a 75 Glenbrook with
35,000 mi.
He said its in good shape, got it for 6,000 2 years ago because he had a
gmc before he wanted another well he just doesn't have the time to put into
it but feels it is a good deal at 6,000. Call him at 1-514-469-0658 or

So... taking a walk in area we walk all the time... spot roof of GMC!
Head down to see... find TWO GMC's in yard. A 78 Eleganza II and an
older one. The 78 is for sale. Side bath, 26ft., 99K miles, 6kw onan,
awning, tv/vcr/microwave. Was dusk but body & paint (tan?) look good.
Interior very clean, no sign of leaks,, cabinets very good looking!
Owner is Mel Jackson. (530) 888-6853 in Auburn, CA (just out of
Sacramento)

You also forgot to raise the hood on the passenger's side and get the TZE
numbers for those two puppies, Steve!

GMC For Sale in SOME Auburn....

'78 Eleganza II, 26 feet, side bath, 6kw onan, awning, microwave,=20
tv/vcr. We had a quick look at the coach at dusk a few nights ago. =20
Exterior in tan and looks to be in very good shape. No body damage=20
seen. Interior is very clean, cabinets outstanding, curtains & seats=20
look good. Refrig & countertops also clean. Rear bed area original=20
with folding bed. Wed did not hear it run but owner has used alot in=20
years past. 99K miles.

The coach is located in Auburn, California which is just out of=20
Sacramento on Interstate 80. Owner is Mel Jackson. He is asking=20
$17,000. Phone is (530) 888-6852

I just met this man. The owner of the '78 walked up my driveway last=20
week. He owns 2 GMC's. He is the original owner the older one(I think=20
it was a '74). He does "most of his own work", has the toma bearing=20
tools etc. Thats all I know!!!

PS to David... OK so I =B3forgot=B2 to get the Serial numbers for the=20
registry. We will be walking back their in a few days and will get em!

Troops.....The latest issue of Hemmings Motor News shows a 1975 GMC for
$16,000 or partial trade for old car. This might be a chance to get rid of
those junky Corvairs or Austin-Healeys. In California (530)
346-7346.......Jim Davis, Oregon Coast where the sun almost came out.
