I installed the 3.42 in my 23' Transmode last winter and about 10k miles
ago. I have been very satisfied with its performance, e.g. hill
climbing, quiteness, and no noticible mpg drop off. For me the reasons
I chose it over one of the others was Cinnabar's GM gaurentee and my
believe that swapping out the final drive would be easier for me than
pulling the transmisson and working on its innards. I did the work
myself over a week end and without too many skinned knuckles and
profane utterances. Good luck.
