Your digi-panel doesn't act like mine does.
LED lights should always have one or more glowing.
You should call digi-panel about this problem.

While there are questions being raised about the functioning of the Digi
panel--on our last trip out," the engine temp." part of the gauge would
only light up green to 175 degrees. After that the leds simply went out
until temp came down to that point. I am wondering, is the LED lights
part of the gauge likely defective much like a light bulb blowing or is
it something else in the circuit?

If you can reach digipanel on the phone, he will help you debug the unit in
place. As I remember , if you have a wire connected to ground on one end,
and touch the bottom wires of the led assembly,( the ones closest to the
driving IC.) you will be able to light each of the leds' in the assembly
one at a time.

It is very unusual to have the leds' go out, more likely the problem is
somewhere else.

Gene, I told you about the recent problem I had when I pulled in to
park the coach and the buzzer went off and the voltage read in the
red, then it went out, and then came back in the green. Did that
twice and not again. I am going to buy a voltmeter I can just put on
the cigarette lighter and try that when it happens again.

Yep, I hope it is flagging a problem you have in the coach and it is not
the digipanel...... You prob would like the opposite...;>)

I see Dave Lowery had almost the same problem. I wonder if he found his
problem ?

Nope. We're gonna do some more testing this afternoon, then let a good
mechanic we know check it out when he puts on the new fan clutch.
