All,
Does anyone know how GMC matched items numbers in their assembly manuals to actual products? As two examples page 14B sheet 1 states "Apply 0190
Sealer in each Exterior Body Seam. No more than 8 liquid oz. should be used per vehicle" and page 14B sheet 6 shows view T states "Apply 0090 Sealer
at upper & lower rear edge of "A" pillar before installing "A" window.Seal must close opening between Fence line "A" Window Frame." The copy of the
assembly manual I have is very poor on the pages that list the item numbers following the images. It would be a great help to all of us if we knew
exactly what the original sealers used were and what their modern equivalent are without having to guess.
