Dave and Dege--

Glad to hear you had a good time at your first Western States Roundup.
I think you will find going to the Roundups will not only vastly
increase your knowledge base about the GMC but will provide over time a
real fun experience with, as well new friends made from all over. Each
Roundup develops its own atmosphere according to where its held, numbers
attending, and programs being put on. We have been attending since 1992,
and have enjoyed them all, as well as learning alot.

The next Western States Roundup is April 24-29 @ Ukiah, Ca. @ the
Mendocino County Fairgrounds with the Platz' serving as Roundup Masters.
The place and time for the Fall of 2000 one is still in the planning
stages.

The International Club is hosting one @ Mount Hood, Or. on Sept.17-23,
2000. They, like the Western States put an emphasis on the technical
along with other fun learning experiences. They tend to draw a larger
number of coaches out (+/_ 300) due to their International and cross
country emphasis. You will likely enjoy both types of experience, and
in our opinion , belonging to a club is where its at. So now you know my
opinion.

Claude in Victoria,
Pres. Ws.

Hi claude

I hope all is going well for you. We missed you at the albq. rally.

Does Platt have an email addr ?? I thought I would offer to help. Maybe
a technical presentation or something.
