Tom-

Are you sure you really want to sell that vehicle? Just think of the
pleasure it will give you in fixing it up. Just give a little thought to
your hasty descion. An alternate would be to sell the house and get
bigger property but also why not just massage your wife a bit more. Tell
her how much you will loose by selling it now and just put it off for a
bit . It's surprising how we can get used to irritations if we live with
them for awhile. She will calm down and repent of her anger, may even
feel she was a bit too hard on you, feel guilty and back off and
appologize for her "Vesuvious". And besides you being happy fixing it up
is very good for your health. It will mean that you will be around much
longer to look after her and to keep her happy. Thats why GMCers live so
long --- just look at Clarence Buskirk, Al Birch, and Roland Wilbur--
these guys were/are buying changing and playing with GMC's into their
80'2 and 90's. Sooooo if it is a health issue your wife really can't
argue with that one.

Just giving amunition,
Claude in Victoria

Emory You saw my garage so know what I am up against. In addition just do
not have the time to complete all of the other preojects that I have.
finishing the 1976 Palmbeach in itself will be an undertaking if I do all
that I intend to do on it.

Nope its out the door with it.

Yep figured that out to. Owning two GMC motorhomes will cut ones life by
90% and maybe even 100% if the wife is serious about this. From the looks of
the doghouse it sure looks cold out there in the winter. Really think she
is serious about this. The rottweiler is already on my side of the bed.
Going to ask her tonight if there is any significance to it. He growls now
when I try and push him over, so seems like they might have already made a deal.

I was told that a great mathematician was afraid to fly. He was sent to a
psychiatrist and was asked why he was afraid. He replied that he knew there
was a 1 in a million chance that there would be a bomb on the plane and the
odds were too low. When asked by the expert, what if I could make the odds 1
in a billion, the mathematician said if the odds were 1 in a billion he would
fly. The expert said, make a bomb and take it on the plane with you. There
is 1 in a billion that there will be two bombs on the plane at the same
time. Try that on your wife.
