Is the glove box exactly the same as a particular GM car of that era? I have a 1977 Kingsley, so would I find a 1977 GM car glove box to replace it? The lock hole has cracked all the way around and looks like it isn’t long for this world.

The dorr is a buit bigger butthe mechanism looks just like ever 70s GM car I can remember.

I can't recall any from any maker that has a door that wide. Some of the parts are common to other GMs, but I don't recall seeing that door on
anything else.

You might check GM or Chevrolet pickups of that era.
