I was nosing around the What's New section of gmcmi.com today, and
noticed a listing under Service & Parts for a "Mikamar Electronics". The
description of their product line includes a "Front wheel bearing temp
monitor".

IIRC, the need for this sort of device was discussed here shortly after
Patrick's father's wheel bearing failure. Has anyone had experience with
this company or this monitor? They list an e-mail address but no web
site.

Maybe our resident "Gizmo Meister" Heinz, or someone could check this
out.

See the results of my inquire at:

http://bdserv.bytedesigns.com/gmc/hub_moni.htm

For those typing it in manually, it's hub_monitor.htm

or simply visit the guesthouse link at www.bytedesigns.com

It seems like an easy to install monitor. I'm currently looking into feeding
the info into the AV-10 engine monitor.
