I am thinking about replacing my 4000 watt generator with the newer,
lighter, quieter 2500 watt or perhaps 3000 watt. I realize that I will
give up the roof air operation on the generator, but I don't view that
as a huge downside.

Question 1. Has anyone done the conversion and been sorry?
Question 2 I anyone interested in buying my 4000 watt Onan?

I live in San Jose , Ca

Bill,

I am looking at some project coaches for a summer project.
One I am looking at is a 23' and has no generator.
What shape is your gen in
and how much do you plan to ask for it?

Thanks

Mike,

The generator is in pretty good shape. I'm not sure if it is
the original or not. I replaced the Carb. about four years ago and the
stator about a year of so ago. The choke solenoid needed a little
fussing with and that's all sorted out.

I'm looking for $1,000.

Let me know.
