Don call Bob at Gateway and tell him he knows better. I had the same problem
with him and really leaned on him hard and got Alcoa involved. They told
him in no uncertain terms that use of those cheap chinese center caps would
void the alcoa warranty since the lug nut is no longer in contact with the
wheel. He changed his tune and supplied me with Alcoa center pieces and hug
a lug nut covers at no additional cost. He was not happy however. So he
knows better than to sell those cheap parts. Makes me suspect of other
things GAteway sells now.
GAteway buys their Alcoas from Continental Tire and Wheels,White Pidgeon, MI

Talk to Ron Klein. They will exchange your parts and snip you the right ones.
Maybe its time we set up our own account with them and buy direct if Gateway
wants to play that way.
