My son drives about 125 to 200 miles a day repairing copy machines from
Southern Ventura County to Northern Santa Barbara County. When the
gasoline was reasonably cheap $ .87 to $1.09 he was using the 92 Octane
at the $1.09 cost. He said he was getting fairly good mileage, like 25
mpg. Now that the gasoline has plummeted he is using the cheapest he
can get and is still getting 25 mpg. He did have to use the 92 octane
once because they were out of the lower octane gasoline. He said he was
lucky to get home. It was misfiring and he got about 10 mpg. You
figure it out. He thinks we are all being taken to the gasoline
