My 77 Kingsley used to leak fuel when I filled the tanks. I had to drop
the rear tank to re-install the vent hose that had become disconnected.
While repairing this, I dropped both tanks and replaced all the fuel and
vent lines.
There was substantial communication the past month with other owners that
have experienced this problem for a variety of reasons. I would suggest
you download the previous digests.
Good Luck!
