Michael,
On my GMC fuel is drawn from both tanks until the main tank gets to 1/4.
At this point fuel seems to be drawn only from the main tank and 1/4
remains in the aux tank as the reserve fuel supply. At least that's how
it works on mine, don't know if it's right.
