Contact J R Slayton for a set of stainless steel oil lines. I understand
that a few coaches have lost engines because the oil lines failed. I just
bought a new set from J R. Now to get them installed, before going to
G.E.A.R. Tuesday.

A while back, I suggested to someone that had picked up a coach that had sat
for quite a while, that they use a bottle of Wynn's Tuneup to free up the
gums and varnishes on rings, valves and lifters. Before you spend a lot of
money tearing down an engine, go to a company owned Goodyear or Firestone
and purchase a bottle. Pour it in your oil and fast idle for about 10 - 15
minutes. Then take another pressure reading and see if it helped. The
worst thing is that you blew about $5.00. I've seen it work so many times
over the years, and usually the mechanic just stands there shaking his head
(as in "wow"). If you can't find Wynn's professional products in your area,
I'll check with my sources or even send you a bottle.
