Front left brake line

Thanks for the advice about the inverter charger I will order one next week
.
Now: : replacing left front caliper , the other one locked up due to
exposure want to replace the brake hose but not sure if the metal sleaves
for the mounting plates (chassis and ball joint)
on the existing hose are removable? .

Ron,

I hope you're replacing the OEM calipers with the 80 mm version that many
of us use. If so, the hoses which are used with those do not have the
mounting brackets -- you'll need to tywrap them to the upper A-arm.

This link shows the parts needed for the 80 mm upgrade, but it's 14+ years
old, so perhaps someone will give you more current information:
