Vic in Vancouver- up against the mountains-Before you move too much weight
forward, have you weighed your coach, wheel by wheel. You may ( or may not)
find that the front of the coach ,especially the right front wheel is
preciously close to the max weight for the front. At least before you make
permanent changes do the individual wheel weigh thing.
Claude: I am indeed weighing the wheels. However, I'm still in weight
reducing mode, or as it is more commonly known, gutting it. I intend to
reduce a lot of the weight in the rear but I will move some weight forward
as well. I will beef up the A arms (and maybe a few other things) in the
suspension/knuckle area. Jim Anstett has done this on his coach and has
about 200,000 miles on it.
If you get over to Vancouver and have a bit of extra time, please don't
hesitate to give me a call - 604 729 1807.
