Arch,
I am in the process of redoing the headliner as we type! I just finished
covering the front cap with material, it came out real nice. Max at
Buskirks help me do it and showed how to do the rest of the panels and
in what order to install. The front cap should have been installed
before the next panel was put up. It may depend on if you made the next
panel the same size or shorten it up so it does not cover the 10 or so
inches of the cap. His comments were that you should work from the back
of the coach to the front. I would think that you would find it easy to
work with the cabinets down.

John,
That's what I did last Summer. When I redid the headliner and repaired and
painted all the plastic parts, I reinstalled them starting from the back. I don't
know why I did it that way, but it seemed the right thing to do. I'm happy to
know that
I did it the correct way per Max.

I had to change the size of two of the panels because one one of the original
headliner panels was more then 4' wide. Another was less then 4'. The laun
plywood that I used of course was 4' wide.

It all worked out just fine.
