To bring everyone else up to speed, Herm called me today asking about
the 80mm caliper hose kit I've been working on. In a weak moment, I
told him to call the manufacturer. What follows is why I haven't
"announced" this before.

It fits, but you'll need the following:
- banjos for the calipers
- "Adel" clamps to hold the hose(I routed mine over the
upper control arm and placed an adel clamp next
to the upper ball joint)
- washers to replace the hose stay under the upper
ball joint nut
- spacers(basically a narrow washer) to go between the
frame mount and the reverse flare end of the hose
- new clips to hold the hoses to the frame mounts if yours
are too far gone
As you can tell, a big part of this project is putting together the
hardware to go with the hose kits. Since I'm prototyping this on my
coach, I was hoping to work all the bugs out and put together the
hardware package before they hit the market. If everyone will wait a
couple more weeks for me to iron out the rest of the details, we'll be
up and running.
> Mike or Gina were not in today. Why do they list the GMC kit for the
> 1973 year only?
Because that's the model year of my coach. Like I told you on the
phone, these guys haven't a clue what they're dealing with and only a
vague idea what our coaches even look like. That's why they want me to
market the GMC products for them.
Hang in there - it's been a long road, but I think I'm finally getting
close.
