I have done the Possum thing but I like BBQ Raccoon better. My aunt Jess
would first boil then in vinegar water for an hour then put them in the oven
over night to "render them out". By lunch we had the best BBQ you ever had.
Where I live now it was not until 1978 that the health department made
the local church stop having its coon BBQ once a year. Oh well progress
I guess.
