Floor

You probably saw my thread where I replaced my floor. I have the floor dimensions somewhere so could get them for you. Here's a rough summary for my '78.

House Area: 5 sheets of 3/4" ply. No routing needed.

Cockpit: 2 pieces of 1" ply for the steps and cockpit. These are heavily routed to suit the aluminium frame.

All my sheets were 2400 x 1200 but 8' x 4' would be better.

NOTE: I think, and others may help here, that the earlier 'house' floors were also routed to fit the aluminium frame. If you need to route it will be complicated

I can get the dimensions for you tomorrow. The main issue will be routing the floor to fit the aluminium frame. I have attached a photo of 2 of my floor pieces. You can see how much material needs to be removed. The deepest part is routed 3/4" deep leaving only 1/4" of material.
