Well, have you considered dual citizenship? :) It's probably connected to some of the machinations that occur between the forum and the mailing
list.

If I could get it to do Hungarian for the dogs I would. Not gonna flag the GMC but when I find a line drawing of a beaver it will go under the name
along with BEAVER POWER, and in smaller letters Beaver Racing Engines Americus Ga. It pains me that I have no pictures of The Green Latrine, a '65
D-200 pickup in bilious green on the doors of which a talented friend had painted caricatures of an old time commode with the water closet high on the
wall with MOPAR on it. It was a hoss.

Same problem here but just ignore it since I cannot fix it.

It has to do with the way Geo IP location is working. Your IP address is
probably associated with a different country than the one you are in.

You might be better off with Canadian flag. I'm close enough to Canadian border, perhaps I can "blend in"... How do I tweak my ISP so that the flag
changes to get started

I’ve noticed that when in in a foreign country using the hotel WiFi it will show that country’s flag on the forum. About 3 months ago I got Norton
LifeLock. They have a VPN service for WiFi. Some times using that from the states it will also show a foreign flag. Maybe that’s the country’s
flag from the server lifelock uses?

Now a test with VPN on. Let’s see what flag it uses..

The forum seems to pick up on your IP address. When I goto Mexico it displays the Mexican flag. It should the Canadian flag when I am home in the
Great White North.

So if you are using a VPN or your ISP is routing through a server in another country, it's going to show that flag.

Type "my ip" in google search and it will show your IP address your ISP as assigned (as opposed to your router's). Then do a search to find where
that IP is based.

Ask your Internet service provider why its another country other than your own.
