Fixing Floor Lights - need replacement light

I am not getting 12v to the floor light at the entrance door. There is a
white and black wire under the rear dinette seat and they disappear into the
wall or floor - I cannot see for sure.

Where can I locate the other end of these wires or somewhere in between so I
can test for 12v and maybe fix the problem? The wiring shown in the manuals
that I have do not appear to be exactly like the coach.

BTW, can someone tell me if TZE064V101146 is a 1974 or 1975 - just curious.

If yours is the same style as mine, (early 73) the light assembly
is the same as a license plate light as used on most pickup truck rear
step type bumpers as well as some 70's era Ford Station wagons.
