Finshed the rear floor patch

Hey folks - it's done!

(well almost - I deferred replacing the section of plywood going into the
propane area until this fall. The propane tank is mounted with bolts
through the frame so that's not a problem. And I've sealed the propane
enclosure from the interior so that's not a problem either)

The job took 12 hours and some fussing around, but I'm satisfied with the
patch. If you want to see the whole process, take a look at

directory as usual)

Does anybody know of a source for the aluminum poprivets that go throught
the flooring? I'd like to put the 3 rivets into the floor.

(now I can get back to updating the permanent rear bed which was the whole
point of this exercise at the beginning of the week.)

Henry I replaced the rear floor from propane tank to generator compartment
and back to the shower module. I used treated hardwood plywood much stronger
than the original and used construction adhesive to join the half laps
together between the old and new wood. I screwed the plywood to the cross
members with stainless steel screws which I think are strongerl and work better.

Thanks for the input. I'd considered the stainless screw intot he cross
member. Now maybe i'll do it too.

No Arch. I bought exterior hardwood plywood from HomeDepot and than treated
it with Cuprinol myself.

I also used a bead of construction adhesive under each cross member before
screwing it down.
