fan clutch

Wasn't this procedure modified to leave the A/C off? Seems I remember a
problem with overpressurizing the A/C system.

If you don't hear the fan "Roar" when you start the engine it ain't
workin'!

By all means when you block the air flow through the radiator, do not
perform the test with the A/C. The manual intructs you to turn it on but I
learned last summer that will lead to high freon pressures and blow outs.
Very costly lesson.
