Hi,
This response is strange as I just obtained Toronado Hoses at Pep Boys.
They are a perfect fit and replacement. They even had the collars over the
hose at the right places to duplicate the original mounting.
These suckers are not cheap. They wanted $38 each, however Auto Zone said
the price was $28 so Pep Boys sold them for that amount.

Tell Dale I said hi and ask him how many dry holes he had to drill to find
water? When I was up there last week he was on his second hole because the
first one was a $3000 dry one.

Will be taking my first trip - about 250 miles - over to see Dale at
Castell,
Texas, this saturday for a front end check, repack, rebuild or whatever is
necessary. Would like to have extra fan belts & radiator hoses on hand just
in case.

Could someone point me to a place or provide part numbers, descriptions,
and/or lengths of the 3 fan belts and the upper & lower radiator hoses.
These
items seems to be greek to most of the parts houses around here. I don't
know
exactly what I need. My unit is a 77, but I believe it has a 455, in case
the
belts or the hoses are different.

Large amount of info being shared here. (My 1 bit buffer is just about
full--and I don't have a good recall feature) Thanks for the help.

Paul, probably a little late, but here is the upper radiator hose,
Autozone P/N: 885202 073 (this is a molded upper hose and worked
pretty good for me).
