I have seen this same approach, not only on the GM but
as an aftermarket air conditioner installation.
The approach I am taking is to add more air flow from the
existing system at the floor.
Any additional heater/air conditioner I will add will be
elsewhere in an attempt to more evenly condition the
air in the rest of the coach.
