Looking to replace my side vents with fancy new plastic ones. Having a hard time finding my rough opening sizes so I don't have to make any cuts.

The fridge vent rough opening is 20" x 12"
The LPG vent rough opening is 13.5" x 13.5"

Has anybody done this? Would you point me in the right direction please?

Thanks Everybody.

I've never done it but i suspect most of the fridge ones would be similar.......as for the long one [your top pic] that might be a little harder. Now i ask you a question...do you really want plastic or would new steel/aluminum be good? The reason i ask is if you were o/k with steel/aluminum is any competent hotrod shop in your FL area could make them for you if they have a sheet metal brake and a louver punch.

The other option might be the GMC Co-Op or Applied GMC for the parts?

I'm probably going to fill mine in because I'm planning on using a compressor type fridge that can vent to the inside. Pretty common now on many RVs. If I change my mind, I'm going to change the look of mine too, but I'm not sure plastic is a great idea. It will get probably get brittle over time.

This is exactly what I am addressing now in preparation for painting. After queries to the brain trust here, I am riveting a doubler and transition piece. I am having a shop CNC cut the aluminum pieces. Here a screen shot of the CAD files.

I too am having a tough time purchasing a replacement metal (prefer AL). The previous plastic one DID become brittle with age.

FWIW - I posted a picture of the doubler plate in this forum on another thread. Maybe, I should have posted it here too? So, I have - that picture is the work product of the blue AutoCad file shown, except I added a lock slot.

so these would replace the frame and cover with a single smoothline piece? wow that would freshen up the look considerably.
