A little coach time tonight...been pb blaster and tapping, and messing with door hinge pins for a few months. Lower door hinge attachment was broken
when I bought the coach.
Took the air hammer to it as suggested here on the forum. bzzzp top one budged out and I left it in place. Bottom one, nothing. Heated as much as I
could without burning paint and then freeze spray stuff, then more air hammer, then some persuading with the hammer, and trying to get a chisel up
under the top of the pin.

My question is, if I just unbolt the hinge from the coach side, does anything move? Is it just a bolt through threads, or are there any plates,
washers or something that will fall or shift? Seems my mind says if you do that on the latch side, stuff needs to be adjusted upon reassembly (and
even maybe something falls into gap?)
My next trick on the hinge is to cut the now mushroomed pin off below the hinge, drill a shallow set point for the air hammer pin, and try again. But
it seems safer if the hinge is on the workbench.
