exhaust manifold leaks.

Hi Henry,

Mine leaks and I've fixed it twice in 16000 mi. . I milled the
manifold surface but did not remove the heads to do them. I tried
doubling the gaskets . This lasted a little longer than one. Haven't
used silicone or pyro-putty , but am going to try something new soon. I
think Emery may be right about the reformulated gas leaning out our
carbs and producing a red hot manifold which will be almost impossible
to seal. No money for fuel injection yet so just keep "plugging the
dike" .
