Exhaust manifold bolt

What can be done for a stripped out exhaust manifold bolt hole? Is there

something other than a helicoil? Are there solid inserts made for these
instead? Some magic silver bullet would be nice here...

Hilicoils are good, however, it will mean that you have one great
threaded manifold bolt-hole and the rest just so-so. The other option
is to go to the next size larger thread size & drill the body hole in
the manifold larger to suit.
