Exhaust insulation wrap

Got a quick question on exhaust tape wrap. I bought a fairly large roll at NAPA for wrapping a heat shield on my TR6. Was wondering if I could use
it on my motorhome’s Thorley headers? They seem to get pretty hot.

I have tried multiple wrap products on my headers and none of them last more than a few months.

All header mfg say that they do not warranty if wrapped.
Newer ones are Ceramic coated inside and out so it does not emit heat much.
