I've been trying to find information on engine/tranny rebuilds
Jerry, I have an Alex Sirum built engine and transmission and am satisfied
with it. If you are still getting 500 miles to a quart of oil that is
still a good engine. My old one was using a quart and a half to a tank of
gas. My old transmission broke at 127,000 miles so I had Alex replace
everything between the front wheels including the radiator and final drive.
This was all done 5 years ago at a cost of $6000.00
