Hi "Netters"

This may help to alleviate some of the concerns fanned by the rumors last
summer of engine scrappage in Texas and other states.

Stella Pyrtek-Blond is the Packard Club's VP of Marketing and Coordinator
of PAC's Lesislative Information Task Force as well as head of Public
Relations for Clean Air Performance Professionals (CAPP)

I asked her several months ago to check out the rumor but at that time
most state legislatures were in summer recess.

I'll keep the GMCnetters informed as more info comes up.
