ECM controlled distributor for a Howell EFI. Is this GM 307 # 1103457 dist OK?

I have two complete Howell systems that have GM 307 distributors numbered 1103677. The 307 GM distributor I got the other day is number 1103457. Has no vacuum advance. So is electronically controlled by an ECM. It was on a 1983 Olds 98 307 that had a carburetor. Look identical to the other two. Bob Dunahugh
