Easiest way?

No leaks no seeping, hot water is here. If the unit failed completely - tank leak for instance - I could get it out through the o[pening in the bath,
because I could section the tank with the Sawzall which would allow access to the rear outside bolt to the heater frame. I might be able to reach
over and around and get the nut off with the tank whle, but cutting it up would be a lot easier. On replacement, I'd use a metal strap across the
back of the heater, tie the outside end down before mopuntinf the heater, and p[ull it tight with the inside end.
