I've never had much luck with Goo-Gone. If you don't have any fresh paint,
you can try a cloth soaked in mineral spirits. Wipe the tape until it's
soaked. This should release the paper from the adhesive. Then you can
clean the adhesive off with the mineral spirits.
If you have fresh paint, I don't know anything you can use that won't hurt
the paint.
