Not sure of your floor plan but if your hot water heater is on that side, it's probably the water heater drain. On my Eleganza the drain was a
'radiator petcock' screwed into the bottom of the OEM water heater and a hose went through the top of the wheel well.

On my '74 the power cable compartment drains into the wheel well. If this drain is plugged the water could go into the coach.

That drain is for the power cord compartment. If it is plugged you will get water on the floor of your coach when it rains. If you disconnect it you
will get water on the floor of your coach when it rains. If you try to replace that hose it is a real bear to get it connected again because it is
not a straight run. You will run into the power cable running horizontally above the fender well. Ask me how I know this.
