Has anyone installed a 12volt Dometic rooftop AC, the RTX 2000, on their GMCMH? If so, please post any lessons learned or installation notes available. Pros and cons are welcome.
I’m looking for a future AC augmentation to beat the Florida heat while driving, when my Onan stops, and my dash AC decides to not blow cold.
I see on the web that some, trucks, Class B and sprinter van types are going with the Dometic RTX 2000. Some are also installing LiFePO4 batteries and solar.
