Just had another GMCer that I met at Marion call me to ask what model
camera I use. I did a little quick web research for him and found that
the Olympus D220L is currently selling for $268.50 from State Street
Direct Online(www.ssdonline.com), where I bought it. Pretty much the
same price I paid. Also found out that Best Stop Digital
(www.beststopdigital.com) has it for $221.50 according to
www.pricescan.com(price was quoted to pricescan by beststop on 10/27).

I don't know if they have them in stock, but it's a great little camera
for that price. 640x480 resolution, optical viewfinder as well as LCD
preview screen, macro and 4 flash modes.

I got mine at Onsale. They have a pretty active auction site and I have
purchaesd at least 10 different items from them and they are rated #1. I
have a Pentax digital that Patrick and a hfew others saw at Marion and I
recal it cost me $199. I just got a Xerox copier for $250 plus shipping
and I priced it at Staples for $975. Some of the stuf is new, some factory
refurbed. But from computers to household appliances if you can bid
judiciously you can get some good deals. The same products sometimes come
up often so if you watch the site closely for a couple of days you can see
what the going price is. The site is www.onsale.com.

PS: Went to pu my GMC Wednesday and got all the way to Charleston WV when
the engine shop informed me that the engine was put together with the
standard bolts and studs when I erequested ARP. The owner siad he was
about to tear it down and start over. So 9 hrs driving time (18 total)
wasted and will have to return next weekend.
