CAN YOU TELL ME WHERE YOU GOT YOUR AIRBAG LIFTERS,AND HOW MUCH .
I'M FINDING IT REALLY HARD TO GET PARTS IN CANADA .
I TRYED TO BUY KYB SHOCKS FOR MY COACH IN THE STATES AT A ADDRESS THAT

HAVE SAVED ME TWO HUNDRED CANADIAN ) THE DEALER TOLD ME TO TRY SOMEONE
CLOSER TO ME . AND GAVE ME A 1-800 # THAT WAS NO LONGER IN SERVICE.
TO LOCATE THE NEAREST DEALER. AS SOON AS I TELL THEM I'M IN CANADA THE
SEEM NOT INTERESTED. I LIVE TWO HRS FROM THE AMERICAN BORDER AND I THINK
I'M GOING TO HAVE TO GO ACROSS THE LINE TO FIND A ADDRESS TO HAVE PARTS
SHIPPED TO... THEN I'LL HAVE TO DRIVE DOWN AND GET THEM.

Murray I live close to the border and belong to the GMC Heritage Cruisers.
Part of our club is in Canada. OI live about 1 1/2 hours from the border at
Alexandira Bay New York. If needed you can have parts shipped to me and I
can drop off on Canadian side when I go to visit my mother.

Thought since NAFTA there was no tariffs etc between Canada and US?

It's not the duties or tarrifs that are the problem. It is the fact that
shipping companies charge a whole bunch of money to bring anything, no matter
how small, across the border. For some reason these companies think us Canadians
have a whole lot of money. eg. $120.00 steering wheel from Jim Bounds. $15.00
UPS fee to him $65.00 charge additional to us. Good deal eh.

I'll see your 75 cents and raise you "stuck in customs" because the original T-shirt manufacturer was in China and the
shirts were silk screen printed in US. Customs decided that the shipment of retail purchased shirts with custom screen
printing required a certificate of origin from the Chinese manufaturer - despite having all of the customs forms for the
original entry into the US and proof of purchase.

And then there were my training materials "seized" by customs so that I had to give a class from hand sketched drawings.

Or how about one of my employees detained for over 6 hours because the "no charge engineering samples" might contain data
that needed to be taxed?
