Can't get the vacuum actuator to open the passenger side AC vent. There
is vacuum in the line but the door won't open.
Can someone tell me how to get the vent louver out in order to get at
the two nuts that hold the actuator. Can't find anything in the shop
manual. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
