One basic observation is necessary to begin isolating the lack of air
flow in the dash. One must verify that the blower motor is rotating in
the correct direction. Many coaches have had their blower motor replaced
with the wrong blower motor that rotates in the reverse direction. Since
the motor is DC operation & the fact that the blower motor is mounted on
a fiberglass housing (insulated), one can reverse the two leads going to
the blower, which will reverse the blower rotation, & determine if a
large increase in air flow occurs as a trouble shooting aid. You will be
surprise as to how many air flow problems are caused do to wrong blower
rotation.
Try it & give us a report.
